Quality Guarantee: obodo is committed to providing top-quality talent that meets the criteria established during the Talent Workshop and Scorecarding Workshop with the client. If, at the end of the 3-month period from the start of our service, we are unable to present talent that meets the criteria as set out in the scorecards, the client is entitled to a refund of the hiring fee.

Conditions for Claiming Refund: Claims for refunds must be made in writing within 3 months from the start of our service. Refunds will only be considered for cases where the talent does not meet the criteria defined during the Talent Workshop and the Scorecarding Workshop.

The Hirer must provide detailed feedback as to why the presented candidates did not meet the established criteria.

Appeals and Final Attempt: Upon receiving a written claim for a refund, obodo shall be granted an additional 60-day period to rectify the situation and present talent that meets the criteria established in the Workshops.

Refund Process: If, after the additional 60-day period, obodo still fails to meet the criteria, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
